Grader Blades We also offer dual-carbide-insert Glader Blades, which are cost-effective and are available in various lengths. Known for excellent wear resistance, these blades remain straight and maintain a sharp & clean cutting edge and stop crowning embedded. These blades are better than imbedded carbide granule-style blades. Rather than the entire blade, just a worn section can be replaced if shorter length blades are used in combination to cover the entire moldboard length. Shorter lengths blades make possible the rotation of the blades sequence on the moldboard; this ensures straighter and longer blade arrangement. Only one person is required to change these shorter, lighter blade sections. This assures reduced replacement down time, labor and overall cost of operation.
